Hello

I’m Chris Broad, and I’m an artist and picture framer, living and working in Bewdley, Worcestershire.

Like many others, my life changed significantly during 2020, and I rediscovered a sense of relaxation and joy through art. It also led to a complete career shift—leaving the NHS to pursue painting full-time and opening our picture framing business and gallery.  

We’re very fortunate to live in such a lovely area, and although not solely where I take my inspiration from, it has, most recently, been a big influence in my watercolour painting, along with trips to France and Italy (there’s nothing better than painting in the sunshine!). 

I paint a variety of watercolour, acrylics and oils, as well as landscape subjects and abstract.
